Napa Valley Wine Country Lodging

Lodging in Napa Valley Wine Country can be quite expensive.  Whether you prefer a quaint Bed and Breakfast, or an all out Resort and Spa, Napa Valley Wine Country has something for everyone.  The most inexpensive lodging are the standard hotel chains such as Holiday Inn or Best Western.  If you don't plan to use a spa then you'll save money on lodging by looking for lodging at hotels that do not offer any kind of spa facility.  Many people visiting Napa Valley Wine Country are there to tour wineries and taste wine so why pay for a feature of the hotel you won't be using.  You can also save money by staying just outside of Napa.  Towns like Vallejo are quite close and should have lodging at a reduced rate.  For a more romantic experience you might try one of the local Bed and Breakfasts.  Lodging typically run $145 - $300 depending on place and season.  Lastly the Spa and Resort Hotels offer the best in relaxation.  From the beautiful properties, spas, pools and dining to the private tasting rooms a Napa Valley Wine Country resort is expensive but full featured.  Expect lodging rates $200 - $1000 depending on the season and type of room you choose.
